Patient No-Show Policy

Cancellation / No-Show Policy for Doctor Appointments

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting treatment. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a total of three appointments, then you will be placed on a “Stand by Appointment Only” notice and will not be guaranteed an appointment. Stand by appointments (SBA) are 30-minute walk-in appointments between 11 am and 3 pm. There is no guarantee you will be able to be seen when placed on “Stand by Appointment Only” notice. SBA notice will last for 1 full year.

Scheduled Appointments

We understand that delays can happen; however, when you are more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we will have to reschedule your appointment — and this will count toward your No-Show total.
